Mary Yoder

Mary J. Yoder, 54, of Fredericksburg, died Sept. 2, 2011, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Mary was born Nov. 1, 1956, in Holmes County, to John E. and Anna E. Weaver. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Surviving are her husband, Melvin A. Yoder, whom she married Nov. 25, 1976; children, Benny (Naomi) Yoder of Apple Creek, Ervin (Sara) Yoder of the home, Reuben (Nettie) Yoder of Apple Creek, Abe (Ruth) Yoder of Fredericksburg, David (Linda) Yoder of Apple Creek, Martin (Niva) Yoder and John (Katie) Yoder, both of Fredericksburg, Barbara (Eddie) Troyer of Apple Creek, and Melvin Yoder Jr., Esther Yoder, and Rachel Yoder, all of the home; 25 grandchildren; sisters, Sarah (David) Swartzentruber of Fredericksburg, Barbara (Jonas) Keim of Fredericktown, and Nettie (Aaron) Troyer and Susie (Aden) Keim, both of Apple Creek; and brothers, Ervin (Fannie Mae) Weaver of Dalton, and Emanuel (Martha) Weaver and Raymond (Sarah) Weaver, both of Apple Creek.

Services will be held Sept. 5, at 9:30 a.m., at the family home, with Bishop Levi Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Holmes County. Friends may call anytime.

Spidell Funeral Home, Mt. Eaton, is handling arrangements.
