Raudebaugh received her bachelor of science in nursing from The Ohio State University and a master’s of science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been a member of the faculty of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, instructing students in the BSN Maternity/Women’s Health course and has supervised their simulation lab. She has also worked as a staff nurse in the Women’s Pavilion since 1997.
The Women’s Pavilion at Wooster Community Hospital provides maternity and women’s health services, with approximately 1,000 births annually to families from a several-county area. The Women’s Pavilion includes a certified lactation consultant and provides childbirth education classes, sibling classes, and tours throughout the year.
