The Wooster Friends of the Wayne County Library are having a book sale March 2-3. There will be 8,000-10,000 books culled from the Wayne County Library, including audio-visual items. An especially large collection of literary classics, which include prose, poetry and theater, as well as science fiction, mysteries, paperback romance, books on health and wellness, music, travel, juvenile fiction and non-fiction, as well as children’s picture books and easy readers will be available.
Selected items will be up for purchase at bargain prices, as there will not be a “bag day,” where shoppers can fill a grocery bag for a set price. With proceeds from the books sales, the Friends of the Library respond to requests that will enable the library to better serve its patrons. Another Wooster Friends of the Library book sale will take place July 19-21.
