The FAFSA is the federal application that is required to receive federal financial aid, including the Federal Pell Grant and student loans as well as the need-based state grants. Studies show that a student is 50 percent more likely to attend college when they complete the FAFSA.
While walk-ins are welcome, families are encouraged to register in advance for this free workshop April 20, from 9 a.m. to noon. The workshop will be held in Computer Lab A225, Main building, 1901 Smucker Road, Orrville. Register by calling the Wayne College student services office at 330-684-8942.
