Mike Dewey is a native Ohioan who has written a weekly column for 20 years. A Notre Dame graduate, he's won writing awards, but what matters more to him is touching readers' hearts, sharing moments of insight and confusion, seeking to connect over that thin wire of common experience, confessing failures and reveling in the celebration of life. He and his wife, Kay, have lived in North Carolina for 10 years.
